Service Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by our company.

Service Agreement

The agreement between our company and the client is initiated once the client confirms the acceptance of the service agreement by making a payment. The customer can request a refund before the service starts.

Service Delivery

Our company will deliver the service within the time frame indicated in the agreement. If the service is not delivered within the indicated time frame, the customer is entitled to request a refund.

Cancellation Service

The customer can cancel the service at any time. If the cancellation is made before the service starts, a full refund will be provided. If the cancellation is made after the service has started, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point.

The customer is required to make full payment before the service is provided. 

Privacy

Our company will keep confidential all information provided by the client in the course of the service. Our company will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the client's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our company is not liable for any damages arising from the client's use or inability to use the service provided. Our company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created as part of the service will be the property of the client. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the intellectual property.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Union Europian. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
